COLESDALE FARM, NORTHAW ROAD WEST, NORTHAW, HERTS, EN6 4QZ | 8th - 9th JUNE 2018
CAMPERS PLEASE NOTE - if you have tickets and would like to camp alongside friends, please try to enter the site together as spaces will be available on a first come first served basis. We are more than happy for you to reserve spaces for your friends when they arrive, but please be aware that if the space is required prior to your friends arrival, those already on site will be given priority for any space of their choice. As Campers arrive, our Security and Safety Teams will be available to assist with all issues; they’re a friendly bunch who are happy to help wherever possible. If you have any specific Camping Arrangements that you need to request or discuss, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Contact page and we will do everything we can to help you. Also note that camping tickets will not be available on the gate - camping is pre-sale only.
CAMPING TICKETS are charged per person and include free vehicle parking in the Camper’s Car Park (located only a couple of hundred metres from your camping pitches). All facilities are included with the camping ticket (no extra charges for showers at SVF !). U16’s tickets are only £1 but must be ordered at the same time as those of the Adults accompanying them.
MOTORHOMES/CARAVANS & OTHER LIVE-IN VEHICLES must be pre-booked when ordering Camping Tickets. There is a £10 surcharge for Live-In Vehicles to cover the extra space required relative to tented camping, but this charge is per vehicle, so a full group only requires 1 Motorhome Pass.
FOOD & DRINK you are welcome to bring as much food and drink as you wish to consume within the camping area, but please be aware that no glass is permitted onto the Festival Site at all for safety reasons. Any alcohol brought onto the Festival Site is for consumption in the Campsite space and, due to licencing legislation, will not be permitted into the Entertainment Area, which will have a fully licensed bar, very competitively priced.
DOGS are more than welcome at the event, but must be kept on a lead at all times and any fouling must be cleaned up and disposed of appropriately. There is a public right of way running alongside the Festival Route that provides an ideal dog walk to keep you canine friend happy.
BBQ’s/FIRES No open fires are permitted on the Festival Site and will be extinguished by our safety teams. Suitable BBQs, reusable or permanent, are permitted however as long as they are kept supervised and under control. No BBQs or similar should be lit inside of, or immediately in front of, the opening to a tent.
To enable everyone to camp in the environment suited to their group, we have divided the available camping space into 3 separate areas, Main Camping, Quiet Camping and Live-In Vehicles. All areas are located within a 250m walk of the Main Entertainment area so only a quick 2 minute stroll to the action! All camping areas also have access to a central facility area containing ample toilet and shower facilities for all users, with a separate ELSAN waste disposal area available for users of the Live-In Vehicle spaces. Mains drinking water is available from a central point for all uses by campers. All campsites will be patrolled 24/7 by security for your peace of mind and to help you with any queries.
The MAIN CAMPSITE will have ample space for those staying in tents and will contain many of the shared toilet and shower facilities, available 24/7. Breakfast will also be served from our caterer from the early morning to help you recover from two nights of partying! The Main Campsite is available to those with a relevant Camping Wristband.
The QUIET CAMPSITE will be located immediately behind the Main Entertainment Space and will provide a safe haven for those who want to party to the max, but would still like a relaxing night to prepare themselves for the same again the next day! Our security will assist in ensuring that the Quiet Campsite remains a haven for those with younger children, or who just want some beauty sleep! The Quiet Campsite is available to those holding a relevant Camping Wristband.
Our LIVE-IN VEHICLE CAMPSITE area will provide suitable space for those who are bringing a Caravan, Motorhome, Trailer Tent or other Live-In Vehicle. This area is located on the higher ground of the site (those of you familiar with Festival environments for large vehicles will appreciate this!) and will provide ample space for your vehicles, awnings and other items. Additional facilities will be available for ELSAN disposal, and the shared toilet and shower facilities will also be available to Live-In Vehicle users.
